Download the App

iOS uses a .mobileconfig profile. Android uses an .apk installer. For the smoothest download, open this page in Safari / Chrome (not inside WeChat).

Quick tips:
• iOS profile installs from Settings. After downloading, go to Settings → Profile Downloaded (or VPN & Device Management) and tap Install.
• Android APK may require enabling Install unknown apps for your browser (Chrome) or file manager.

iOS (.mobileconfig) — Install the profile

Tap Download iOS Profile. When it finishes, open Settings → Profile Downloaded (or VPN & Device Management) → tap Install, then follow the prompts.

Android (.apk) — Allow install if prompted

Tap Download Android APK. If you see a warning, choose Download anyway. Then open the file and tap Install. If blocked, enable Settings → Security → Install unknown apps for your browser.

Open the app

After installation, return to your Home screen and launch the app. If you have trouble, try opening this page in Safari/Chrome instead of an in-app browser.
